1. Can we order a sample first?
Yes, we provide samples. Please note that sample costs and shipping fees apply. The sample cost is refundable once a bulk order is placed and reaches the minimum order quantity (MOQ).
2. Is product customization available (Color/Logo)?
Yes, we support customization for mass production orders. You can change colors, add your logo to the equipment, and customize the carton packaging, provided the order meets our MOQ requirements.
3. What are the payment terms and lead time?
We accept TT (30% deposit) and LC at sight. The standard lead time is 35-40 working days from the order confirmation.
4. Do you provide assembly instructions?
Yes, we provide a standard English instruction manual. You are free to translate this manual into your local language for your customers.
5. How is quality control handled?
We have our own internal inspectors to monitor production. We also fully accept third-party inspections during production or before loading. High-quality pictures and videos of the product can be provided upon request.
6. What is your policy on spare parts and defects?
We provide free spare parts loaded together with your mass order. If an item has a quality problem that cannot be repaired, we offer a cost reduction on the next order or provide a replacement.
