We typically ship via FOB Tianjin Port or Qingdao Port, China. Delivery time generally ranges from 25 to 60 days after receiving the advance payment, depending on the order quantity.

We offer extensive warranties: 10 years for the frame, 5 years for AC motors, 2 years for inverters and incline motors, and 1 year for display PCBs and other components.

Our standard terms are T/T 30% as a deposit and 70% before delivery. We provide photos of the finished products and packaging before the final balance is paid.

Yes, we provide 2% of the total amount in easy-worn spare parts with every order. Any broken spare parts under warranty can be sent via DHL within 3 days.
